After a 5 hour delay, we finally get 4GO.... but it can't be bought unless you own freaking Senran Kagura: PBS!

I don't know if it's about that Neptune DLC, or it's related to Steam Maintenance crap, but nonetheless, it's frustrating 4GO can't be bought yet.
