This group is for those suffering from chronic illness, those who know somebody who does, and/or anybody who wants to know more about chronic illness.

Also it's for gamers... obviously.

I (the creator) have undiagnosed chronic left sided pain. I'm lucky to move around for more than 30 minutes a day, but still live a pretty full life. I play a lot of CS:GO but I also enjoy any other game out there basically.

Please no sexist, racist, or otherwise inflamitory (or possibly percieved as such) comments or posts. And try to keep is clean as much as possible.

May the 4th be with you.

Some news from the last month, I have been diagnosed. I have Lyme disease, or rather my doctor is treating it as that and I have had a large noticable difference. My tests from it said I am both positive for Lyme and not, but my doctor said that if the treatment is working then just trust, essentially. So yay, some consider it a chronic disease (people who have it) and others do not (the cdc and infectious disease doctors- who apparently know everything there is about the human body btw). The short version though is that I am still having issues but they are becoming less, and in time, hopefully, I will only have to deal with flare ups of the inactive bacteria becoming active again. My wife and I are hoping that this will help us move on with our lives. If you guys see me on CS:GO anytime feel free to invite me if you want to play some competitive, just know I'm not as good as I'd like to be, mostly because I'm using the game to distract me from my pain.

Thanks for the invite old friend. I can hardly call myself a gamer these days, missing release after release, but I'm still at kid at heart even if I am the OG in the group.
