Is a dirty camping rat in arc raiders, im not even on a free loadout but have absolutely nothing on me except great mullein on night raide burried city, trynna extract shouting "dont shoot", i call the train thinking i would escpae with my 44 great mullein and suddenly i get shot from the darkest corner in a 5 mile radius, this guy extract camps with a Tempest III. I'd completely ♥♥♥♥ on him in a normal encounter even with no shield and a Bruletta, but no... of course i get matched with this cousin of ratatoulie when i load in absolutely empty with only harvesting a few great mullein
