Yes, it is true, Bethesda is constantly pushing overprized stuff into the game and with the recently released overprized Oblivion they have done it to me (Thumbs DOWN!) not to buy any stuff from them anymore. When I wrote down the lines below, Oblivion (55€ for an already existing game!) was not being out and I was not paying attention to the upcoming cash ♥♥♥♥♥ of a Content Pass and totally juicy Crown Shop prices. Shame on you Bethesda!

I mean more than 13 € for a bunch of ghostly weapons... Most people (thank god) realize that the gaming industry has become a player unfriendly overcharged people lurking bloodsucking cash horniness.

Sorry Bethesda you ruined the game for me... Only looking for upcoming low-offers and never buy full priced games nor overpriced cash-shop offerings anymore.

If you are, despite everything, interested in the game there are so many aspects which I honestly truly love about the game. Since there is no way to get full content without ESO+ you can enjoy it anyway in spending about 13€/$ because there is a lot of stuff to do till the very end.

This game offers a lot of varieties from fighting evil creatures to finding hidden treasures from excavations and customizing your own home and so on...

I always find myself sunken in the quests because all the NPCs are talking with you, I mean every one and most of them have their unique voice. They also give you the feeling that you are part of that world. They are talking about their problems and desires and you can decide whatever the outcome is of any situation. You are also able to decide difficult decisions and that makes the game so interesting. You never know what happens after your choice.

Big part of the game is that many NPCs are attackable. That means you can feel free to murder your way through a city and collect bounty or steal from appartments and people. There is no limitation to that. You can make a decent amount of money from that!

You can either choose First Person or Third Person for fighting! This is something I truly love. It looks fantastic both ways. It reminds me on Skyrim. Few games offer this special feature!

This game offers a ton of lore aswell. You can find books all over tamriel and other parts of the world. You never get tired of reading some of them and get useful information out of them. If you are interested in reading and finding all of the books you can even install mods to see the locations of them.

Animations, Graphics, Design, Stability are major to me. After 11 years, the game feels well optimized and I have to say much better then LOTRO. When LOTRO becomes as well optimized like ESO, I would rather pick LOTRO first but for now and many hours of gameplay, this has become my favourite MMO!

The devs are constantly updating stuff and this keeps the MMO alive. People in the game are also very friendly and has become my desired multiplayer game because of that. I think most of the players play alone and for them self but you can find a friendly guild that is helping you on the way aswell. By the way, this game is really enjoyable alone and you are not hinge on somebody.

Character Creation, choosing the race customize your appeareance are a bit expensive if you decide to change something. I wish they would change it to the WoW-Style in where you can change your appearance for a tiny bit of gold even the gender. At the beginning you'll have financial problems but over time and enough effort you won't have any. There is always the itch to change something and that is connected with an excessive amount of expenses...

All in all, the game is definitely (not anymore "update") worth the money. But you can spend hundreds of hours in the game and it is still enjoyable with ESO+. I play this game for over 400 hours now and i am not halfway through!
