Hello again, Sleepers!

This one is picture heavy with so many incredible bases from the community; prepare to be inspired! We also have concept art from Chapter 3 and a general round up of the recent going ons. 

We know many of you are looking forward to more news on self-hosting servers as well as the list of servers for the merges, and while we won’t go over that in this Signal, it’s something we will be talking and sharing more about soon.

Developer Update – April 

Our recent developer blog included major news! All PvP zones in Hagga Basin will be disabled across all official Worlds and all official Worlds will have separate PvE and PvP Deep Desert instances you can choose from.

Public Testing Client Patch 1.3.20

Speaking of separate instances, you can check this out now on the PTC! We also have balancing changes to Testing Station bosses and loot, performance improvements, various fixes, and more. We appreciate feedback on patches released here and would love to hear yours.

Stoneheart had their first Deathrace of many just recently! Cross the finish line while avoiding the sandworm and rockets while also maneuvering through the precariously tall tracks and drops.

Q: When will a list for the server merges be released? 
A: The list of all affected Worlds will be released soon! You’ll have time to prepare once the list and announcement is made, a couple weeks minimum, before the Worlds will close.

Q: Regarding self-hosted servers, can you change between PvE and classic Deep Desert at will or are you locked in after choosing? 
A: Yes! With a self-hosted server, you have the freedom to change the server settings as you wish, giving you control over how the game is played. 

Q: We’ve seen the changes to reduce boss HP in Testing Stations on the PTC, but are there plans to tweak the number of enemies in them? 
A: We've been looking very closely at feedback regarding this, and we are performing another balancing pass adjusting the number of enemies spawned with the boss. Coming soon to PTC! 

Q: When can we expect 1.3.20 to go live? 
A: Our goal is to release it in April, but that depends on the performance and feedback from the Public Test Client. Please try it out and provide feedback if you can!
