As someone who played this back on the Wii with the english translation patch back in 2010, the game still holds up. And it's still freaking scary. This remaster has everything I ever wanted from it and so much more to make the scares. The amount of pre-orders I put towards it is so worth it.

The isolation horror is a perfect 10

The Atmosphere horror is the scariest so far.

And the ghosts are by far the scariest in the series, not even the ghosts in 1, 2, 3 or 5 can compare to the ghosts in Mask of the Lunar Eclipse

controls do get some getting used to but overall it's still good

But still finally glad to officially be able to play the best Fatal Frame game in the series, without needing a Wii or emulation. Still gonna keep my Wii version though.

Oh yeah so far I've had no issues at all on my PC, it runs perfectly fine.

Also Ruka is best girl, always love her.
