I started this as a completely new player with 0 knowledge whatsoever and omg, this game is so amazing! I enjoyed it so much, I can't wait to look into the other games as well!
First of all I wouldn't consider the game scary, there are not jumpscares and no chasing. Basically it's just a creepy setting but it was amazing nonetheless. I loved the story pathing and the switching between the characters. Depending on the difficulty the game can get really hard as well. Getting all the achievements took me a while but I had fun playing again since you get rewarded with new skins after certain achievements and playthroughs! I would definitely recommend it - also a good start for people who want to get into the horror genre since it slowly gets you used to creepy vibes without scaring the life out of you! :D

the atmosphere and jumpscare are very cool, fun combat, and...of course pretty character design and best photo mode XD

Yeah Im used to how funky the fatal frame remakes get with obscura camera but this is a whole different level. Even when mouse settings are high for sensitivity its still to lose and the ghosts catch up to me, I really enjoyed the second remake they made, and with this one man I love the story but I cant do this for real. I also been lost on the 1/2 chapter because the door you are supposed to open, you have to go to the second floor the case is that the door that you have to open to open the gate wont budge I tried everything. Until I feel like torturing myself with the controls I think I wont come back. But If you feel like you want to give your enemies an easier way to kill you because you cannot smoothly turn around go for it sweetie
