Great game, might feel boring for a short while at the start but once you get into it you REALLY get into it. Plenty more to it than just grinding the same crop for cash. Looked at the negative reviews and they pretty much all seemed nonsensical. I expect at least another 100 hours out of thise, so for $15 not bad.

If $15 is out of your budget, pick it up on sale (like now, $10).

If all this is still not enough for you, also know that multiplayer is coming early next year...

For $40? No. Only takes ~4 hours to complete the story.

On sale for $6? Worth it. Pick it up on sale if you're interested, or try checking out trading sites where you can get it for cheap (saw an offer on TF2outpost.com for 2 TF2 keys [$5 worth]).

Came back to the game after a few years to see what's changed, and don't like what I'm seeing... Miss the old Robocraft

Don't let the fanbase fool you... This game is legit one of the best I've ever played. Excels at breaking the fourth wall in a subtle yet important manner and this game can and has given feel overloads. So, which route will you take? Are you above consequence?

A game that's still popular over 5 years after release, because mods and still the game that best pulled off the open-world medieval genre. Not really a reason to not at least try this out... Mods are fun.

For free... Sure, why not. Although lacking mods atm, saves from vanilla can be ported directly to the SpEd (be wary of modded saves though...). But, overall, it doesn't look or feel too different than the original (although it seems more optimised, my computer cant handle vanilla ultra with a smooth 60 fps yet it can here)...

Right, pros and cons...

Pros:
- Looks somewhat better
- Better optimised? (although I have read conflicting arguments about this...)
- Free to anyone that owned the original and has all DLCs (like me)

Cons:
- Not really enough to consider a complete remaster
- No mod support just yet (maybe in the future? I don't see much change that has to be made...)
- You can have the original look better with mods and other shaders

In short: if you plan on modding skyrim, this game isn't for you, better to just get the original or maybe legendary edition, but if you got this free, then sure it's worth giving a quick spin. But if you dont plan on modding to oblivion (or at least not just yet) then go for it
