Updated 'Better AI Education' and 'Better AI Education + Infinite Wards' to CK3 1.19. Made a few changes to the 'education_maintenance' I'm not shure you agree.

For those actually taking the time to read here, I'm currently having a health issue, whith a spinal nerve and almost unable to walk or sit for long hours. I hope it will get better. Some games i am able to play from bed but some game I cant and modding is a huge problem right now because I have to sit down for hours and go through them. If someone wants to help with my mods please let me know and I will add you as contributie to help update the mods. I hope to feel better soon so I can continue my love for games like CK3 and continue making mods. All the kind words and people sending me donations are so sweet and kind and do not go unnoticed.
