I'm giving this game a positive review because I love it. But I know it isn't the greatest game. At least for a lot of people. hahaha.

There were a lot of issues with it, understandable for the age of the game and it probably never being meant for PC. No cutscene played for me the entire game, save for the intro cutscene when you launch the game, I didn't realize I was missing out on cutscenes until literally the last 2 of the entire game, 36 hours in. That, and sometimes the game wouldn't load after being put into a loading screen and that made me lose some progress but not that big of deal, at least for me.

I played this game when I was a wee-lad. It's what got me into the stuff I'm into today and I love it for that. I'll never forget this game. There really isn't much like it nowadays and I don't think there ever will be again. The world and story are awesome. I love the quests. The characters. Pretty much everything about this game. So many different armor and enemy types and a real and older version of character creation and stats. It's just incredible. The game is old, and campy but still quite serious, If you love that sorta stuff, than look no further. This game is exactly that. Give it a try. It's well worth, even at full price. (But it often goes on a steep sales!)

Easy recommend. Lots of fun and a good little game to take your mind off the woes from the world.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. A lot of puzzles and walking but that's the point. Nearly everything about this was a wonderful experience. The visuals are horrid, gritty and gut-wrenching (A good thing for a horror game) and the story was neat too. My only gripe was the odd boss fight that I think could have been worked on a little more because it felt a little out of place.

I am not being hateful but If you don't like this game it just likely wasn't meant for you. You probably expected a near-doomlike horror shooter but it's mostly just a art piece you are meant to experience. If this doesn't sound like its for you don't get it! Watch a playthrough of it. I recommend IGP on youtube.

Easily one of, if not THE best game I've ever played. For 5 dollars this cannot be beat. You can feel in every part of this game just how much love was put into it. The world, the factions, the people, the NPCs, the story. Everything. Games are rarely made like this nowadays. I won't lie, the game gets HARD the more you go through but if you persevere you will not regret it.

I recommend downloading the mod "Arx Libertatis" I believe it only fixes issues with the game. Doesn't add anything new content and its darn easy to get running. Good luck! And may the Gnoden Guide you, Am Shaegar!

Spoiler Warning. The ending threw away the main character last minute to replace you with another, annoying character you barely interact with in the story as the new "good" guy. Not a fan. Along with...

- Clunky controls
- Repetitive Gameplay
- Fairly common bugs that often result in your death which can be a pretty big deal in this game.

An absolutely Incredible, slept on game. Wish more people knew about this because they are genuinely missing out. The game starts out seemingly innocent and only picks up and gets better from there. This is not for the feint of heart, and by that I mean people who may be used to handholding in games (Not being mean). If a Swiss, atmospheric, somewhat-puzzle horror game sounds good to you. Play this ASAP. There are some truly stunning sights to behold with this.

I like it so far. Simple but unique. Can't wait to see what this guy does. He's made good games in the past and I don't think this one will be any different. Good luck and god bless!

P.S I'd appreciate it if you'd add some customization for the goth women. I'd like to cover her up with something. She don't need to be runnin around lookin like dat.

One of the best older RPGs to exist. It has some jank. Alt+tabbing can crash and there are some crashes that can happen in game but other than that, it's pretty phenomenal. Just wish the ending was fleshed out a little more. I cannot recommend this game enough.

This isn't a remaster. It's a total remake and a phenomenal one at that. A lot of creative liberties taken here and there but it still was fantastic. Pretty much every part of the game was expanded upon, from start to finish. Both in Black Mesa and Xen. I cannot recommend this enough. This is easily one of my all time favorite games now and for me, that's saying something.

Cool mech game that I have no idea what's going on in. I hope to get it when it comes out and see how it actually all plays out. But so far, the controls, art and lore are phenomenal. It's got the perfect amount of heft and clunkiness you'd expect out of a mech game without it being too hard to play.
