I have been tinkering my emulator for a couple of days and i must say that Skyward Sword is almost perfectly playable using keyboard-mouse control scheme. To run it you must have an old build of Dolphin that has motion plus emulation, or the game won't start, just showing you that you must connect your wii remote and motion plus device. It can get a little clunky sometimes because of the gyroscope motors that motion plus uses, but when you get used to it you won't even notice anything.

Here's some useful links i compiled together that will help you set up the game, and a couple of threads that surely will help you set up your controls and understand how to control your character. You can also set up a gamepad using the information provided, but that's your personal preference.
