Proud to announce our Tech Managers & Com Manager and some other news.

We are proud to announce that Seamus and Sparre have accepted to become our Technical managers, and that Bd has accepted to become our Community Manager!
We know you guys will be great at it and we would like to wish you all the best with it!

In the oncoming week we will hopefully receive the dedicated server. Hopefully we can set that up asap so we can finally get some permanent servers going!

We are going to focus on the CS:S Scene first with the following servers:

- 40 Slot Map rotation (No DM)
- 20 Slot MiniGames
- 24 Slot PrisonBreak
- 30 Slot DeathMatch
- 30 Slot AWP Rotation (No DM, Custom maps)
- 30 Slot Surf (No DM)
- 11 Slot CS:S Matchserver

This should be easily doable on the Dedi, if not we will adjust later on. (More or less slots)
Monthly running costs for EmG will be around 50 a Month (This is including the license for IPB)

EmG is still open for members they simply can join our group and tag up, but this will change somewhere in the upcoming week(s).
we will work out a application process with a short trial time (Already known persons might be able to skip the trial at the founders or Bd's discretion.)
We are going to set the minimal age limit for EmG to 16 and for the TS3 14. (Again exceptions might be made)

People who are already a member of EmG and active on the forums and/or TS3 Do not have to fill in a application form though, we will add you to the member list when we start the new trial application process.

Also we will work out a donation system any time around the next few days!

We will put all the new systems it in the correct forums when its all worked out so keep checking the forums in the upcoming days!!

I also quickly want to thank all the members that always sticked with EmG even through the rough times!!

Elite Multi Gaming is looking for a Community Manager and a Technical manager.

Responsibilities for the Community Manager function:

Creatively and proactively assist members on our forums and servers.

Serve as the initial point of contact for questions regarding EmG.

Identify, analyze and solve issues within the community.

If you can not solve a issue you will transfer the information that is given to the person(s) who is/ are responsible to solve it.

"Marketing" to get new members and to keep the ones we already have.
Communicate issues, opportunities and insights.

Participate in professional networking on the forums and servers.
Be very active, at least about 5 days a week.

Qualifications for the community Manager function:

You are 16 or older and your behavior is mature.

You love helping people and find it rewarding to solve people’s problems.Then you like to proactively use that experience to make the whole community feel better.

You like working hard and thrive on the excitement of making EmG a success.

You are an independent, creative person who loves running with things while keeping everyone inside and outside EmG in the loop.

You love to write & enjoy sharing your ideas with others.

You spend a lot of time online and stay up-do-date on new and fun things out there for gamers.

You enjoy learning & are curious!

You are fair in dealing with issues among members. You do not pick a side based on who you like more, but on who is in their right. And do not mind dealing out kicks/bans towards people you like but also won't kick ban people simply because you do not like them.

Responsibilities for the Technical Manager function:

Creatively and proactively update and running our forums and servers.

Identify, analyze and solve issues on the servers, website.

Participate in professional networking on the forums and servers.

Be active, at least about 5 days a week.

Qualifications for the Technical Manager function:

You are 16 or older and your behavior is mature.

you are gaming-technically well-informed. (You know how to work with Gaming-servers, linux etc;)

You like adding mods, updating and fixing server problems.

You like working hard and thrive on the excitement of making EmG a success.

You know how to get the right information about what people like on the servers and know how to keep that updated.

You spend a lot of time online and stay up-do-date on new and fun things out there for gamers.

You enjoy learning & are curious!

A bit about EmG:

EmG is a Multi Gaming community, we ( Peacekeeper, Hyp3r and InsaniA) started the community @ 15-08-2010. We recently just restarted it. We are aiming to be a friendly, mature and 'open to everyone in Europe gaming community. The servers we are running atm is Teamspeak3 and DayZ but once we get a Technical Manager we will be getting a cs:s or cs:go server to start off with as well.
