2. This group does NOT act as an arbiter within groups.
3. This group does NOT act as the only RP hub.
4. Member nations are NOT prohibited from being in other tiers or communites.

What this group does do:

1. This group acts as a meeting place for like minded RP members.
2. This group CAN provide maps for any era and any type of RP.
3. This group CAN excuse members from its' community if they exhibit child-like or non-RP behavior
4. This group DOES support ANY type of Role-Play members may choose to participate in. Ex: Star Wars, Victorian, Ancient, Halo, even Wild West.
