Flipnote Studio 3DS - No Date Announced for EU

So if you've been following the not-so-recent news about Flipnote Studio 3D, you've probably heard next to nothing. Do not worry, this isn't your fault.

Flipnote Studio 3D was 'released' outside of Japan to Club Nintendo owners. If you're a European that has tried to join Club Nintendo, you've learned the hard way that it is for the United States of America only. This leaves a large potential userbase left in the dark. There is no European release information available.

However, for those that did receive the download codes, things weren't as great as people had hoped. There online component "Flipnote Gallery: World" was not present, leaving people with no community to share their creations. Creating a masterpiece nobody gets to see is not very appealing to a majority of users, as the sense of community was a big part Flipnote Hatena.

So in short; North American downloaders felt dissapointed, Europeans feel left out, and things look bleak for the nostalgic days of spamming stars to your favourite author's fantastic new flipnote.
