ARES Gaming Community will be operating as a team with allocated positions to found a Gaming Community. We will be founding and operating servers, recording and posting some if not the majority of what we do as a clan.


Traits:
Our Gamming Community will be based off our traits as is; Fun, Tactical, Banter filled, Reliable and Loyal.


Goals in order of priority:
1. Acquire funding
2. Buy server (Warrants responsibility)
3. Get a TS3 server operational ASAP (May hire a temp server)
4. Website, Banner & Logo
5. Organize and make operational PR server, TS3 server & ARMA 3 server (to begin with, rest of server ops at M823us timing and leisure)
6. YouTube & Twitch accounts established (pre recording required)
7. Continuous recruitment


COC:
1. Know your positions and what you are responsible for. If you do not keep up with ops, run into problems or misunderstand your position please advise.

2. Do not interrupt or start a fight with someone over their job or what they are responsible for, the only advice and critiquing will come from Warrant_Officer, Tophat, or M823us. If you have an idea to improve on current circumstances Advise the three previously stated people and a decision will be made promptly.

3. Do not abuse, belittle or bully anyone at any time within and outside the clan (unless particular circumstances arise). If you are uncomfortable or distressed about something someone has said or done towards you or another, tell the offending person to stop. Your request WILL be respected.

4. Do not talk trash behind one another’s backs. If you have a problem with a member or decision that has been made, bring it up with the person that you have the problem with. Back stabbing and trash talking behind each other’s backs will not be tolerated (unless in a bantering kind of way as per the usual).

M823us---Founding Admin---Running and production of servers.

Mectus--- Founding Admin ---Production of website & assisting M823us.

Opiak--- Founding Admin ---Production of Banner/Logo.

Orracis--- Founding Admin ---Documenting/recording of operations outcomes & dates.

Squirrel--- Founding Admin ---As needed for other ops (possibly youtube/twitch).

Keed--- Founding Admin---As needed for other ops (possibly youtube/twitch).

SillyMoose--- Founding Admin---As needed for other ops (possibly youtube/twitch).
