After meeting at Fort Marlana and discussing with 'Emperor' Louvel himself, an expedition of the Swedish peoples have been given the right to establish an embassy within the capital of the Marcalan Empire, Vurillia. As we speak the Imperial Palace is beginning to be outfitted to support the Swedish embassy, and any others that will follow.

You would have the technology they would have (so no horses and gunpowder weapons for awhile). You would also not have a navy (you can start building one up one). You will also have a lack iron resources aswell.

But how would that affect my overall game so tp speak? Like would there be more restrictions and rules placed on the nation etc. certain 'technology' I cannot possess that would limit the capability of my nation.
