I don't have ACF but I do have Wiremod, if you prefer Wiremod over ACF, these are the steps.

Step 1: Get a numpad input from the wire category,
Step 2: Get the Missile you want to launch.
Step 3: With the wire tool in the wire category look at the missile and right click to switch inputs, once you are on the "Launch" input, left click and then left click on the numpad input.
