Killed a monster, got eaten by a plant...

Really enjoying playing Evolve right now, I don't really care for the DLCs at the moment, and I don't feel I'm missing out on anything to be honest so this is not getting me annyoed like a lot of people wether they have even played the game or not.

The one thing that I'm not sure about is longevity, I don't think I could play this for hours every night day after day, week after week, month... you know, but there is a lot of fun to be had with your buddies on teamspeak for sure which is what counts for me.

The game is gorgeous and runs nice and smooth on my rig, steam integration all ok from the start, no problems signing in to anything or problems with servers, it seems like the game actually works which is unfortunately a major achievement for a game on release these days, and I think a lot of people forget that, so I'd say Turtle Rock did a good job.

I do think the price is a little high, I can see this game blowing up when it hits the steam sales for £20 or less, so look forward to some peeps buying it then and probably will revive it for the early adopters.

Definatley one to add to your collection.
Improvement in every way over the original game what was not half bad itself.

Decent racer, buy in the summer sale, pickup the unlock car dlc also to save you some frustration and time. private lobby system perfect for sunday night race night.

so far 30 hrs played and at rank 68 (current limit is 145), i'm still trying to figure out what keeps me comming back to a game that at first seemed impossibly difficult and there are only 6 levels, but i'm still here and really enjoying this experience.

Payday has a tough learning curve, but get on voice comms to get fast tracked into the stealing and killing police business, because believe me there is a lot of stealing to be done and a hell of a lot of coppers that wanna beat yo ass down one way other another wether it be with bullets, tazers, getting ninja raped by the splinter cell green light dudes, and listen carefully fo the "they sent in a bulldozer" because you might just have a spot of bother comming your way.

there is not many guns to choose from but each one can be upgraded by ranking up, you will eventually have a much more deadly gun, body armor, more bullets and some other gear that helps you along your way.

satisfying gaming, coop fans must buy.

£2 bargain price for some nice zombie smashing action. Weapon selection is good, Multi is a lot of fun also :)

"Destruction just got awesome" kind of sum things up around here. If you like cars, guns and blowing the ♥♥♥♥ up, then you should consider this a purchase.

It was a steep learning curve for me, i tried in casual mode and it was dull, you cant rank up or get your power ups. Normal mode is much better all around and perfectly playable for a n00b to the genre like me :)

Ranking the cars up can feel a little tedious to be honest, I've played for 6 hours and have one car at about rank 35 out of 50. I think there are 6 cars so choose which one you want and stick with it i guess, you get bonuses like extra lives / health / ammo / special ability is stronger etc.

Coop gets things going slightly mental... in a good way, it definately adds to the experience, grab the 4 pack offer and play with your mates.

Had been considering this game since before it was released, there is something about the style and music from the trailer that intrigued me even though I'm no RPG fan, infact I've never given this type of game any real time before.

The game feels great and has a kind of charm the majority of games dont have. The art is fantastic, the music is top notch, the narration is really well done and has a sense of humour. Currently enjoying the gameplay aswell which is aided by the steady intro to the gameplay mechanics and combat system.

Mega cheap for a game that feels this well put together. recommended :)

it's probably gonna drive you crazy but buy it anyway. i love the style, the graphics and the music, i suck at the game but that doesn't matter :) coop would be a blast, pity that it's local coop only.

if you like the top down shooter then this is a no brainer, especially when it's on sale. if you are not usually into this type of game (like me) then there is still fun to be had because it's such a well made game. drop in and out every now and again to pass some time.

wow never seen someone die is some many creative ways. watch him die then figure out how to get past that part, don't try to figure out the puzzle first :D

Simple, dark, scary, gorgeous super fun game :)

Pre ordered this game but took me a few months before I installed it because I like to play with friends rather than on my own. Noticed I had 15 fiends with this game the other day and only a handfull had played more than a couple of hours which was dissapointing but i dedcided to give it a go.

Actually having some fun playing this, it makes a big difference when working together with some friends. The game is very difficult if you are trying to lonewolf it, you will be short of ammo, health, you cant complete the objectives... yeah i know the game is supposed to encourage teamplay, but seems a big challenge, maybe too much, maybe its slightly easier when you have ranked up and have all the gear and buffs.

Global stats show only around 50% of players have reached rank 2, which you can get in a couple of hours :/ the game is definately worth more time than that, all of the good perks and gear are still locked at that point.
