The game feels worse than the evaluation I gave it back when i had only 100 hours on it.
Firstly, the bugs, the devs incompetence makes it incredibly frustrating to see the game evolve, for each feature they add, they add 2 bugs, for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake, they couldn't do an interface properly! Embark's lack of competence when it comes to bug-fixes, like the door phasing glitch which had to be countered with a funny workaround, makes it depressing to watch, workarounds only work so far until they ♥♥♥♥ you over.
Secondly, the matchmaking isn't transparent, which for an extraction game with a SBMM, having to load into a raid with nothing just to check whether or not your lobby is "friendly" is ridiculous, and the patch they made so that free kits would go in already begun raids more often than custom kits seems utterly ineffective.
On top of that, their support is subpar, I still have an unanswered ticket regarding my LODs tweaking the ♥♥♥♥ out ever since the "Shrouded Skies" update. And Embark seems to be a capricious crybaby when it comes to the new Vaporizer ARC. It makes the Queen's attacks redundant, completely nullifies Utility because "Well you can't just kill the super-duper-mega dangerous ARC, because it dodged" (in this case a shield, it just feels like kindergarten playfighting mechanics)
The community is also at fault, abusing every edge they can get at the cost of your fun, since forever, trigger 'nades have been the bane of the game: a sticky grenade, you can detonate whenever you feel like it, that explodes even if you shoot at it, and is GARRANTEED to break your shield with a staggering 80 points of damage, and all I see is this grenade, everywhere, not the incendiary, not the shrapnel, not the long fuze, just THIS one in particular, and it makes PvP redundant, I'm playing an extraction shooter, not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ baseball. This is only ONE of the small stuff people abuse to get an advantage, and this at least was somewhat expected by the devs, unlike the -newconsole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
The worst part is that I love the game, but I hate seeing it get butchered by both the players and the developpers, and that's why it hurts just that much more when this games goes to ♥♥♥♥, I expect better in the future, and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥ workarounds this time.

Edit: It somehow is worse than I thought.
New skin released, and the headset is bugged, the other bug that forces you in a fall animation with no fall damage, is still there despite a fix, also, the trigger nade? we thought this ♥♥♥♥ was too sweet and buffed the damage to 90!
Embark, you are retarded. No Diagnosis required.
You do the exact opposite of what the community tells you to do.
Yes the bug that showed your weapon levels one rank too far is gone, but if you right click an item to upgrade it, it's still the wrong ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ item that's picked!
Yes you fixed the visors being bugged in the lobby, but the headset on the new skin has polygons doing a twerk-off.
And no the matchmaking still isn't fixed, matter of fact it's a joke, SBMM just moves you either West or East in Europe servers.
PvP too much? End up with the russians. PvP too little? End up with the spanish.
Play at 4AM, end up only with russians, which are the rattiest of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the way, this game singlehandedly boosted my racism towards the slavic people my a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and we need seperate servers for the russians as they seem to STILL think they're europeean.

My review for now is that:

- Embark doesn't gaf about bugs unless you're a big content creator

- Embark doesn't listen to the community

- Embark is incompetent

- The russians are really unhappy in their life, and feel the need to make you just as unhappy.

- Embark won't help you if you have bugs

- Embark will be a pissbaby.

I still love the game, but I'm becoming more and more frustrated, and the declining playercount will keep on going if the streak of incompetence keeps on going.

I'd recommend going into this game blind, for my part it is what I've done and it's been one of the most strangely funny experiences I've ever had
If I had to complain about one thing though, it would be how straightforward the game quests are, giving not a lot of liberty on their completion.
Other than that, the first chapter sets good premises and I believe it acts more as a tutorial/demo than it acts as a visual into the finished concept, so my only complain is most likely subject to change.

ragebaited children into trying to tk me, a task which they were so focussed on, they forgot to not get shot by ennemies.
