Note: This is a review written by a Borderlands fan.

Dungeon master Tiny Tina throws you into her game and gives you goofy missions while she narrates everything.

Amazing voice acting and writing, Not many games where the missions can make you laugh.
The references to myths, literature, video games, pop culture, cartoons and everything else in this game never ceases to surprise me. At one point I started to assume everything was a reference and I was missing some. Writers are comedic geniuses.

The game flows effortlessly, side missions don't feel like filler episodes, most of them are actually interesting.
Guns are okay, melee is fun but not as effective as other builds. Character customizations are cool. The endgame is meh Enemies are plenty and interesting. Boss fights are okay.

My only problem: So much screaming from the mobs and so many explosions and effects and shi*.
Let me turn up dialogue volume so i don't miss the jokes or the story:
2 Seconds later, your character is screaming their lungs off because of an elemental effect.
