Are Ubisoft vibe coding with AI and dun f*88ed up?

I have played normally until recent windows update, when I start game both via steam and Ubisoft connect and the PC restart itself. I read suggestion online that it may caused by insufficient PSU but I don't think that is the case because it used to operate normally. I tried with different game in the franchise (Unity and Origins) and it can play normally. Has anyone faced this kind of issue before and how it can be resolve?...

I open recent discussions, they are mostly about bugs and failure to launch the game. Very little about the actual game. Besides all that and the ubi cr*p, i feel like the game doesnt evolve. ive played it about 50 hours and it feels like absolutely nothing changed since the first couple hours. yeah ive explored more islands, evolved some skills, even got better equipment. My character doesnt feel stronger though. Sometimes it even feels weaker. Exploring, doing forts and missions feels like an expansion...
