go on cs.rin.ru check the warhammer 3 thread there, people will post an updated creamAPI or there will be instructions on how to update cream for warhammer 3. Not the app though, the actual creamAPI tool that app uses. Someone will likely make an updated archive (if they haven't already) that you can just unpack into the games folder and your game will work as usual again.
