If you're looking for a dangerously good hot chocolate recipe, welcome home.
Ingredients (serves 4)
500ml whole milk
100g dark chocolate
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
Whipped cream
Marshmallows (optional, but highly recommended)
Method
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat gently — do not let it boil
Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the pan
Stir in the cocoa powder and sugar until everything melts smoothly
Keep stirring for 3–5 minutes until rich and creamy
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows
Pretend you made it professionally while burning your tongue on the first sip
