Extremely addictive game and well worth the full price. Tower Building, Rouge Lite, whats not to like. A very very enjoyable game

Not usually a fan of deck building games but wow this scratches a real good itch. Devilishly addictive based off a simple premise. Aesthetically it looks good and the soundtrack is PERFECT for the backstory to the game. Some nice little easter eggs in this one as you progress.

On the flip side (and this of course could be me not RTFM) but when deciding between towers, the difference on Holy Damage, Unholy Damage is hard to determine by way of DPM. Again that could be me. I think there is also a tendency to run Heretics Fork on fast speed only.

Solid game and well worth the monies paid. Room for this game to develop as well. See you in Hell !!

Early Access Review
An absolute time sync if ever there was one. Picked this up to play on SteamDeck and it works flawlesley. Plays great on PC as well. Strangely addictive for such a simple premise. There will be other games out there you can sink your money into but this is great vale for money without a doubt.

I stumbled across Firewatch in one of the Steam Sales. From the off, I played the character of Hank as if I was making the decisions. It's a very interesting opening that quickly moves from hope and smiles to ughh, these are some tough decisions, very quickly

Game play wise, it's ok with some minor frustrations . I mean why would you press space to jump down a ledge ? However the world is perfectly set with an element of suspense. I won;t go too much into the potential conspiracy theories but there are some real human elements in this game that are sadly lacking in much bigger budget games.

If I had a few criticism's it would be that sometimes the dialogue is sometimes a little out of sync and janky. The game wants to deliver a feel of open world but at times it is very linear.

All things considered, Firewatch is a very good game. There are worse ways to spend four hours. The world is presented really well. Minimal challenges at times but there is a lot of sub context that adds a really nice layer to the game.

Recomened an enjoy

It's a shame that CoD is becoming more than a game, it's now a 'Franchise' The latest incarnation has the feel of a very expensive map pack rather than a complete game worthy of they hype. It is in no way optimised for PC. The textures are low quality. Playing at 2560 x 1440 is...........well lets just sat underwhelming.

The Single player campaign is a rather drab dull afair with the challenges being almost spoon fed to you in an extremeley linear expereince. Overall I would rate the game, at best 5.5 out of 10. Wait for it in a Steam sale than taking this Xmas Turkey at full price.
