PVP PVP PVP i host my own server its still fun

So i'm playing Darwin Project for 50+ hours with my community. Lots of them lost interest of this Battle Royale title after serveral days of playing.
The main idea of the game is a masterpeace. Director tries to control the game while 10 players tries to kill each other.

But the devs arent making good desicions first of all i remember when it was not a free 2 play title. They made a quickshot to their loyal audience who had bought a game.
They killed the director mode when they removed stars rating instead they created "cards for experience" so you could rate the show. Director leveling kinda sucks now everyone could have bloodmoon's manhunts if they just level up director level.
As playing as a inhimitate i got a lot of randomnes and manhunts from 10 year old kids their excuse is "im the director" director should try to harm players by closing zone and then nuke other zone. This experience just ruins game , gamers are just quiting and unistalling. Healing players in the middle of batle or warming them thats very annoying.
When i have played as Director i had some very bad conversations with some people when you ask they trying to say im russian or get out (swearing). I have always been trying to help rokie players (newcommers) giving them advices. This game needs a tutorial.

What should be changed/added to the game:
More modes - More tile battle for duos. (10 teams instead of 5)
Remake of directors rating, and leveling system. Make a requirment of microphone. Test of voice.
Auto-record match history with microphone. And add a new option to catch cheaters abusers like Owerwatch in CSGO.
Release of PS4 version crossplatforming with XBOX.
Optimizing the game performance for low-end pcs (F.E you can run smootly fortnite on IntelHD)
Making sharing of resources with teammate or droping them for example for traps.
Make a longer battlepass periods GUYS youre milking a dying game. Dont do this.

I will change my opinion whe the ones above will be remade as it should be.

Why im thinking that the game is assamble of assets. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
