For ten bucks, great game for what you are getting.

I am fairly certain that the dev made this game to get free *ahem* fan art of his characters.

7.8/10 Too much nuclear wasteland- IGN

Just remeber to get Fallout Script Extender and the Unofficial Patch or the game will not work. I recommend finding a modding guide linked here in the reviews or find Gopher's modding walkthrough for Fallout on Youtube. Be careful though, Fallout tends to be very finnicky with mods, and load order is very important.
