Fantastic Game tons of content. I love the new RPG style of gameplay.

I Want to start this Review off with the fact that I did not like Witcher 3(and I tried to like it, I own it on PC and PS4 and neither drew me in). So I decided to give CD Red Box or whatever another try.

So far I am blown away with the story, graphics, and mechanics and they have surpassed what I thought this game was or could be. I have seen zero game breaking glitches, and the glitches I have seen are just random clipping; honestly I played Skyrim at launch and it was far worse than what i've seen with this game.

It's worth it, and it always was.

GOOoD GOD, I was pleased with VR , playing little trinket games. I call them trinket games now, simply because playing Alyx has shown me VR games can reach a plateau that I did not even think was possible.

I have not sacrificed sleep for a video game in many years, and I am proud to say this game made me lose out on sleep, and I was so impressed I had to write a review before I finally got some sleep.

Wow, I bought this game at launch, and I had to go to work before the game was downloadable. So I went to work assuming steam would download it, and that did not happen. So I get home and start the download. I live in rural CA so it took all night to finish. So, I wake up with it downloaded and sadly I have to head back to the ol' 9-5. I return back home today 1/24, and after reading all these warnings/complaints about Index controls, crouching etc; and I am seriously worried I bought a dud of a game. I was terrified of the other reviewers complaints about "room scale" and crouching, so i thought it meant that I had to play seated; like i was some sort of rube with a PS VR.

I launch this game, and start. HOLY CRACKERS, i AM SHOVING A KNIFE INTO A ZOMBIE TRAPPED IN A TIRE. OHH LORD these beaches are grabbing me I gotta shake em' off!

I was so freaking Impressed with the tutorial, that I had my brother (vive owner) come over and give it a go. He was also impressed, and if that idiot knows what's good for him he will buy a copy for himself.

.Fast forward to me going back in.. scared af

I have been a LONG time VR owner, and I buy pretty much anything top rated. I also have never accidentally punched a wall, as I always know I am VR ..... Until this game...

A zombie rolls up on me while i was reading some note, and that gosh darn as*hole got me stirred into a primal fear. I grabbed him and shoved a screw driver directly into his brain. Punching a wall in real life in the process, and thankfully it was (as i choose to believe) only my phalanges that took the brunt of the wall damage. Bleeding like a man...

I have never been so excited to grab a walker by it's scruff, and jab a broken glass bottle into it's brain. I was asked by some lady to get her husbands ring or something, and after climbing into a house I did so.

I assumed this was all scripted and shot her in the face, She died and I was sad I could not easley re-load so i quit.

This game brought out A primal fear in me, and a total satisfaction in shoving a knife deep withing a walkers brain. It's also $40, which is a fantastic, and those jerks giving it a poor score; obviously do not care for the awesome devs out there trying to make our ridiculously expensive headsets worth while. So F* the thumbs downers and, appreciate the noticeable hard work put into this AWESOME GAME!.

Amazing game, the fact it was hiding from us PC gamers for years scared me. I played Mafia 2. and it gave me the same thrill and feeling, like I'm there; mafia 2 gave me that same feeling and than some.. I've been playing Yakuza 0 for what feels like twice the amount i put into Mafia 2 , and every moment is fresh. The story caught my attention right away! as a 30 year old boomer it takes a lot for me to get sucked into a game. This is one of those games, I look forward to beating it; and i pray yakuza 6 will comes out for pc.

As for mini games

I've failed them all.... Karoke, Disco, weird chess with an old dude, even the batting cages. I still love this game!!!

The best RTS

u-PLAY is garbage, but I had a lot of fun playing this game.

BEST asymmetrical multiplayer Vr game out there. Lot's of upgrades and different challenges, they recently added ground support for the non VR player, which is awesome (I would love to see more gun options there). Overall one of my favorite VR games! 10/10 would shoot big monster man again
