One of the funnest games I've played in a very long time. Very challenging at the start, punishing yet rewarding.

I've played ~160 hours on my first save alone, and with admittedly lots of save scumming, my character & faction have become nigh-unstoppable, having conquered every major faction, boss, and location. Yet, I still find things to do.

Technically, the game needs improvement. Load times are excessive on older saves I've found, but it could just be because my game isn't on my SSD. Crashing still occurs during large sieges of my base, which shouldn't be happening considering my system specs. The save failing issue is either much, much more rare now or has been eliminated entirely, which was a huge hindrance to me previously.

Overall, though, this is probably the most fun I've had with a game this year, for sure. Definitely worth picking up.
