Team Fortress 2 is heavily ignored by a multi-billion dollar company while cheaters and bot hosters were able to run rampant in Casual for many years. Once Valve finally decided to start putting in a minuscule amount of treadmill work by manually banning cheaters, the community gave Valve praise for something they should've been doing from the get-go.

Although bots are not as prevalent in Team Fortress 2 nowadays, its matchmaking mode, Casual, still leaves a lot to be desired. Since teams tend to be unbalanced very frequently, one team could easily wipe the other team in the majority of game modes which normally leads to most games ending quickly and many players leaving to find another match. This used to not be much of an issue in Quickplay as the team switching, auto-balance, and auto-scramble features would ensure games were as fair and balanced as possible.

With all of this in mind, Valve should bring back Quickplay and allow free-to-plays to be able to chat without having to pay to experience the game as it originally was over 9 years ago.
