So far great QoL improvements over the first game, the new tools allow you to clean tiles more effectively.
I recommend the game, but sadly there are limitations with crossplay (PS5 + PC does not work), but console versions have split screen..

This is a game that encapsulates many different themes.

Father and son relationships, trial and error, the importance of composure and remaining focused and many many more.

Deep and sophisticated game with lots of lore backing it up.

The combat is super well polished and a joy to play. While God Of War had a similar combat style in my opinion, Fromsoftware managed to improve it drastically to not make it seem unfair or forcing the player to attack a single enemy for 3 years because of their health size.

The boss design is beautiful. All of the unique. None of them felt copy and pasted. Every single one of them was fun and interesting to fight. Except the blazing bull...

10/10 would relive my father beating me, but this time in a video game and not in real life.

At the time of writing I have spent 469 hours on the game since launch. I've played this game on and off, while some seasons were weaker than the other ones (specifically the very first battle pass, or the balance changes during season 6), the game generally has been improving. It's my favorite battle royale game and it's generally very polished.
My only issues are that the game has generally lost a bit of it's skill ceiling by removing a few unintentional, but interesting mechanics (such as bunny hop healing). And the 2nd issue is that in ranked the main strategy to win is to camp, which is just boring and feels like it takes no skill to pick a spot on the map and trap the hell out of it.

The ability to destroy almost any part of the map is a Tarkov rat's wet dream. The ability to dig a tunnel from one spawn to another for the sole purpose of making the enemy team play whack-a-mole when they spawn is absurdly fun and strong.
