Absolute banger

The game used to be very fun. Ever since they added computers and a different corporate payment system the game has been ruined for me. The appeal of old sub Rosa was how it was a simple game based on player interaction and mission. The fun has been sucked out of the game as you struggle to figure out what the hell you are doing before you are burnt out and finally make a deal with another company. It’s quite sad how a game that was fine gets butchered like this. I guess if it ain’t broke break it.

Green half life

The game is pretty bare bones by modern standards, but the game still holds up and is one of my favorites. The influence of this game cannot be overstated. Get it.

More addictive than crack

Fun mod, great soundtrack. The theme of the indoor facility is themed the same as Black Mesa, but the outdoor has a vibe that is original, but still feels like Half-Life. The mod is very short but it makes up with challenging enemies which you might take a while to kill. One thing I don't like about the mod is that there are parts where you have to go back to old saves if you mess with breakable objects. An example of this being near the end of the game when you have to climb over breakable boxes to get into the vents. Other than that it's a pretty solid mod.
