edit: as always im late to the crowd, after I posted this not even 2 hours later Sony announced they would not be moving forward with enforced PSN accounts. With that said; I find it hard to make this into a positive review. Sony has already cracked the egg, there is no going back from this. The community's trust of Sony with HD2 is permanently destroyed, and they should still be held responsible for it.


My complaint is with the abhorrent handling from Sony/PlayStation as a corporate entity, to reduce a labor of love spanning over multiple years of dev work turned into a single figure of "PSN accounts" is disgusting and SHOULD be illegal. Arrowhead and those involved in development deserves better than this and I refuse to give Sony a dime.

Helldivers 2 in my opinion was top of the list so far in titles deserving of "GOTY". An absolute blast to play in both single player, and with full squads of friends. Watching this massacre of such a great creation is extremely disheartening to see; that something like this is even possible, and disgusting at the bare minimum. Let alone watch it unfold live while at work.

I first played this game some time shortly after launch once I saw a post from one of the devs, starting that after the immense success after launch that all major DLC after the fact would be free; instead of paid for. I waited for over 2; say 3, hours all spent in server queue; and it was fully worth the wait.

With that said I will continue to wait, along with my fellow helldivers; united until the very end.

Fun.

Wonderful game! Can push some hardware to its limits if its a bit old, but other than that it's amazing! Allows for your creativity to run wild in creative and even survival. It's like Minecraft + space!
DLC is cheap but adds a lot so if you're new to this game, play it for a bit, and if you like it; I'd recommend buying all the DLC, it's more to help the devs and they deserve it!

Amazing game that I have been with for a while, great if you like Sci-fi Survival.
