Just finished it for the first time!
It's such a very exeptional experience and honor to play this old classic game that I only got to know of because how everyone praised it. That praise gave me the ensurance that I could play every part with commitment, without worrying about wasting my time. That and replaying a few parts is why I spent 32 hours on my first run. And it really was anything but disappointing!
It has set the bar for me to what a great game has to feel like.

I absolutely love it and can't wait to play all spin-offs and sequels!
