I will keep it short:

+ cool animations
+ nice weapon feeling
+ clean movement
+ clean underwater movement
+ clean vehicle interactions

- no scroll-function for hotbar
- no stack splitting
- no click-hold for continuous hitting, you need to keep klicking
- not possible to change interaction key (f) yet
- awfully loud sound when using the "take all" button
- other minor bugs that are to be expected, but will be solved in the coming updates

Summary: Great game even in early access, don't regret buying it. Feels very comfortable for a Rust veteran. But be warned, there seems to be a lot of network errors occuring. If you planning to play with a friend, don't be surprised if something unexpected happens (stuff dissappearing, people not being able to join game are the most common)
