warframe doesn't hit the same after playing this, i am having a midlife crisis due to there not being more dark sector please help

Picked this up back when they gave it out for free one day. Can't recommend it enough.

Don't get me wrong, the base game is absolutely phenomenal. But in my opinion, I dare say this even outdid the base game. Everything about it, I had wonderful performance on high graphics. The story was phenomenal. I had little-to-no visual bugs or gameplay bugs. All of the weaponry they added is extremely fun. The soundtrack gave me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ goosebumps This has to have been the best DLC I've ever played.

Keep it up NEOWIZ, you have captured the true essence of a soulsborne game.

If I had to describe this game with a single word.
It would have to be "invigorating". The combat it immensely brutal despite having minimal blood.
It's very hard, but SUPER satisfying. I highly recommend it, even if you have to play on the easiest difficulty. Even then it still provides enough of a challenge to feel rewarding.
I highly recommend picking this up if it's on sale. As 40 USD is a bit pricey for it.

had to download a fix from nexus mods in order for it to run, but asides that, absolute blast of a game

Edit: Just finished this, and started playing Prototype 2 back to back. Gotta say, I love this one WAY more despite the way clunkier combat and just less polished mechanics.

Prototype 1, despite completely being a pure action game, still retains some horror-themed elements that give it its wonderful charm. Prototype 2 just simply does not retain any of these elements. It feels wayyy too comic-ish and cartoony. Maybe I just need to get into the meat of 2, I dunno. it just doesn't feel like a Prototype game.

The only thing that I do think it's missing is more integrated controller support. Otherwise this game would be wonderful for the Steam Deck.

i have spent over 5 hours trying to actually play the game, yet i am unable to get past the main menu
my hardware specs exceed the minimum requirements to run the game yet it just doesn't work.

as it turns out, this game requires you to download it to an SSD
the gameplay is extremely engaging and very fun and the dual sense controller haptics are insane
yet i still cannot bring myself to recommend it
as the requirement of an ssd in order for it to run is ridiculous

again, the gameplay is exceedingly fun and satisfying with the haptic feedback,
but there simply isn't enough content in the game for it to be worth the 60 USD at the time of writing this
especially with the current technical problems that the game suffers from

in its current state, 40 USD? maybe it'd be more reasonable.
