After finishing my first 3 runs on ps5 for the sake of the dualsense experience, it was time for me to get it also on pc only for a casual play with mods (wanted to be Daredevil so bad).

Sifu is the game that taught me a lot about improving and train. In most games I never go in training mod, but here, it felt necessary. I needed to know what I could parry or dodge, or none.

Sifu is a fighting game that challenges you in everything that a fighter must learn in his journey to be the greatest of yourself: be patient, absorb, learn, practice, know the right move at the right time. You lose, there is consequence, but a not so bad one. You get older, become stronger but with less health. Sounds fair right? Especially if you think this is an easy game where you can spam.

The story is a simple vengeance ahh story, but just good enough and not complicated. Small plot? You don't have to necessarily end your enemy's life. Mercy is a lot harder, and not in one way.
The ambience and map/level design is solid, but functional for the fights that you will encounter.
Music is also great, always in contrast with the moment.
Some fighting sounds like punches and stuff could be a little cooler, but is just raw enough honestly, or in another way it's realistic. But that can also be changed with mods.

Short runs unfortunately, but at least there is an ARENA mod if you are looking for more challenges. I do believe SIFU deserves a sequel, because the content is absolutely great, but I'm sure I am not the only one that wants MORE in everything. I'm a bit unsure to try their new game ACTS OF BLOOD, doesn't feel the same and the animations or "meh".

Anyway, YESSS do get SIFU if you are also a soul gamer, because Sifu it's almost a SEKIRO X GOD HAND game, difficult and fun to play. Challenging and rewarding. One of the best games that our generation can have to feel old gen and new gen fusing (in terms of design and visuals).
