After finishing Stray, I was looking for another game with a cat as the main playable character. I stumbled across this super cute game, and now that I've 100% it, I'd HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who's looking for a cute, cozy, chill game to play!

This game refuses to launch if you have more than one monitor. Disabling my second monitor gets the game to launch, but that's a VERY annoying workaround. I'd say save your $20 and buy a game that doesn't require ridiculous fixes just to run at all.

When this game first came out, it was completely unique - I'd never seen a game like this, and certainly not one as funny as this! The DLC is amazing too, my favorite is the MMO one, which PERFECTLY parodies MMORPGs.

Goat Sim 3 takes the fun and hilarious gameplay of the first game, and expands on it in all the best ways! The world is MASSIVE, and there's always something to do. The jokes and references are hilarious, and I find myself accidentally spending hours on end playing this game!

2024/03/22 EDIT: The first patch fixed a lot of major issues, such as allowing inverted starfighter controls, restoring the missing cutscenes from BF2, fixing wrong pitch loading sounds in BF1, and lots of server fixes. However, the game still isn't in a state where I'd actively recommend spending money on it. The server lag is still pretty bad, the download size is egregious, and there are still audio & visual bugs throughout the games and menus. If they fix a majority of these issues in a future patch, I'll gladly change my review to positive.

2024/03/14 ORIGINAL REVIEW:
It kills me to not recommend this game, especially considering Battlefront I & II (2004 & 2005) are my FAVORITE FPS games of all time, but this remaster did not live up to my expectations. I am completely open to revisiting if updates are issued that fix the major problems, but as of launch day, these are rough around the edges.

Right now, you cannot invert the starfighter controls in BF1, and you have to do a janky workaround to invert them in BF2. There are audio glitches, particularly when rapid-firing in a turret. The audio during BF1's map loading screen is pitched completely wrong. The videos in BF2's main menu don't always appear, and when they do, they're in 360p, even though it's 2024. The menus in BF2 are surprisingly difficult to navigate, despite being simplified compared to the original BF2 PC release.

I am a HUGE Star Wars fan, and an even bigger Battlefront fan, so I'm glad these games are getting the spotlight again after 20 years, and I HOPE that Aspyr goes to the effort of fixing all the issues to do these games justice. If they do, I will absolutely update this review, and recommend this game!

When I watched the trailers for this game, I thought to myself, "that's a cute game! I bet I'd mildly enjoy it once, then probably never play it again." When I finally picked up a copy, I got HOOKED! The environments, characters, and story are all phenomenal, and absolutely worth replaying. To me, this ended up being a "must-play" game!

I wanted to like this game so badly, but the controls have aged VERY poorly, and the level design is complete garbage. On one level, I had to watch a YouTube playthrough to realize that the game requires you to JUMP OUT OF BOUNDS to progress. The story isn't engaging at all, and certainly doesn't make up for the trash gameplay. You'll be better off playing literally anything else in your library.

I've played a few installments of Assassin's Creed (1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations, 3, and Liberation), and this one is by FAR the weakest I've experienced. The gameplay is repetitive and boring, the artificial intelligence is very buggy, and the missions are difficult to complete thanks to bugs. The only reason I played through the whole game was to try to get an understanding for the plot, as I was already aware that the sequels had much better reviews. If you're a HUGE fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise, you'll probably want to play through this one. If you're a casual fan, consider watching a playthrough of this one Online, and start your gaming experience with the MUCH better Assassin's Creed 2.

Assassin's Creed II is a MASSIVE improvement over the first game in the series. The story is engaging, and the gameplay is so much more fun & varied compared to the first installment. Although it's not my favorite compared to the other Assassin's Creed games I've played (1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations, 3, and Liberation), it's still absolutely worth your time if you're a fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise.

Out of the Assassin's Creed games I've played (1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations, 3, & Liberation) this is easily my second favorite (Revelations being my favorite, since it iterated on the greatness of Brotherhood). Of the ones I've played, this one has very close to the best combat & free climbing systems, while having an interesting story, and good graphics. If you're a fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise, this installment is a must-play.
