First, get a comfortable grip on your mouse, resting your thumb on the left side padding. Align your pointer and middle finger with the left and right buttons neighbouring your mouses scrollwheel. Slowly angle the palm of your hand downward, making contact with the body of the mouse. Once you're hand is comfortably in place, gently press your index finger into its corresponding button, with ample pressure until you feel and or hear a clicking sound. The pressure required to actuate your mouse buttons may be different depending on the model, so make sure to get a feel for your mouses actuation threshold.
