I really love the work the studio has put into the game.
I think it's a must buy even if you don't own a up-to-date machine.
Maybe get rid of Tango Gamworks's logos at the begining and the experience will be 100% posititve, even though there's no thing as 'The Perfect Game"

I've always been into that kind of stuff, IMO you shouldn't spoil yourself on that one

JRPG at it's finest, maybe the best one I've ever played yet, I'm not sure if Tales of Arise can beat that concept, I havn't tried it yet but it's fantasy so I guess you can't compare?

Graphics are awesome, Music is excelent, the characters are all pretty neat and the gameplay might be clunky at first but when you get a grip it's O M G and the scenario is damn great

Maybe the downside would be the total butt-kicking you inflict upon the foes after getting high level, there's kind of a slight grind element to the game (even they could had easily made it a 150+ hours game), if you only want stories and fight you don't have to complete everything tho

A must buy for JRPG affictionados

The story is deep and the mechanics pretty nice
Devolver always seem to find solid games to license
I wouldn't think I'd be charmed by a pixel game and spend that much hours into it, well done

A must have if you're fond of Zdzisław Beksiński's and Akira Yamaoka's works like me.

Fot the others, although it's a "puzzle/investigation" horror game ; as we have been used to since almost 30 years as I write this review, the people involved in this project actually made it a synthesis of the genre and also added some nice new elements at it.

I played Layers of Fear and Blair Witch, but The Medium is really next level (or should I say next gen?} I really enjoyed playing it and loved the story.

Awesome work!!!

Well made game if you enjoy paranormal and investigation, although pretty short with not much replay value.

Paddle is the best way to play in my opinion, I found it painfull with keyboard and mouse.

There isn't many games where you play as a ghost...

Started Shadow Warrior to entertain myself as a break from hard games I was then playing.

At first I had some problems enjoying it, mostly because I felt my sword wasn't hiting. I kept playing for the fun and after a few more hours I guess I grasped the action : katana is awesome.

My normal playthrough finished, I kept going on and it turned out to be hardest than the games I previously played (heroic mode anyone?)

Pros :
- Lo Wang
- Nice weapons!
- Nice skills!
- Graphics
- Level design
- Secrets hunting
- Challenging action

Cons :
- Enemies are not much diversified (you still enjoy killing them tho)
- Soundtrack can be quite repetitive

Must have if you're into FPS/ killing demons.
Can't wait for the second opus...

In Hitman: Absolution you're an older and battle-hardened 47.

You are stilll able to be silent if you wish but in my opinion this game is more for shooting everything until you have no bullets left, maybe because at this point of his career, 47 has a wide experience at doing his job.

I recommend it for players who wants to be brutal more than stealth, which I believe is not in harmony with all of the previous Hitman games.

I don't recommend it for the purists of the franchise but there's no mixed statement yet on reviews.

pros :
-you are a classy terminator
-nice weaps
-graphics are ok

cons :
-AI is really dumb
-some of the music can really get annoying
-some of the cinematics look like 480p
