If Boltgun was a boring slog of a Warhammer 40k game. Then prepare yourself for an expansion that somehow ends up being as bad than the base game. Forges of Corruption is the 4th episode for Boltgun and continues where our Ultramarine Veteran continues his bloodlust against the Black Legions. This time, he need bigger guns and the forces of Chaos throws in new foes as well. Episode 4 only has 5 levels total and the opening act starts off promising, reminding you of the basic mechanics and bringing in all the annoying favorites the devs love to keep spamming a lot in the game. So many Chaos Warriors, Plasma Gunners and Plague Toads throughout the game. Even worse, this expansion introduce new foes with Chaos Marine that fires plasma rounds and rockets. Thankfully, you can kill them quickly before you'll take a heavy hit. However, you'll be facing a lot of damn amount hordes of Daemons in Episode 4. It never lets up and keep constantly throwing everything at you.

Thankfully, you'll have new weapons the False Emperor provides you with, a new rocket launcher, multi Meltagun and the BFG Gav-Cannon returns once again. 2 new weapons is all this expansion includes and somewhat new "secret" powerups to go with but you'll never go for those as much because this episode is over that quick. Yeah, that right, this episode is painfully short as hell and you can clear it in about an hour on hard mode. Sure, you'll likely get ass raped by bad RNG in the garbage final level, but if you use a strategy that I did is camping at the spawn after killing the Greater Daemons just to kill the last target. If you decide not to do that exploit, then prepare yourself for a lot of rage inducing experience during that last level. You'll be stuck fighting the same amount of annoying Daemons and Chaos Warriors over and over again. As they constantly keep respawning until you kill the target or die frustratingly a lot.

But the worst part of this expansion outside of the final level is that there's so many horde fighting that constantly keep throwing in more annoying waves of enemies after you just dealt with them. It's like the devs is spitting on the player face after we use all of the grenades and ammo for that annoying prick. Yes, the ammo and grenade do respawn but you'll be lucky to get to them if your facing with enemies that you absolute hate dealing with like those Plague Toads and constant seas of Chaos Terminators that never let up. Also, those Chaos Terminators can now melee charge you this time, but they still love using that pushover shooter one for a quick easy kill. At least with the levels being short but still a boring mess like the base game.

There's really not much to say what I've already said about Boltgun. It's the same repetitive mess I've played but its made worse by throwing in more annoyance than fun gameplay scenarios. Everything about this episode is just more of the same but with more enemies throw in there just to add pointless bloat to its runtime and the level design is still garbage with barely any improvements to it. Its not worth paying $6 bucks for this and not worth buying the game either. There's far better Warhammer 40k games to go with than this stinker. The False Emperor would be ashamed of this travesty and the Gods of Chaos would want a word of the devs for screwing up the license. I don't expect its sequel to be any better than this game.

What happens when you make a game that tries so hard to respect the Warhammer 40k license but forget to make a fun game out of it? That's about the case for Warhammer 40k Boltgun, a generic First Person Shooter game that tries too hard to play like a Build Engine game with none of the great level design to go with it. Instead, the game relies to much on being a carbon copy of DOOM 2016 and offers none of the fun gameplay that Classic FPS have done vastly better than this game. Bad weapon balancing, awful level design, bad art design and terrible hit registration. Everything that could've went well ended up going very wrong with another bad Warhammer game to fill in its tired shoes.

Warhammer 40k Boltgun is somewhat a direct sequel to Warhammer 40k Space Marine, taking place about few years after the Ork & Chaos Undivided invasion on the Imperium Forge World: Graia. The Inquisition order an Ultramarine Veteran to clean up the Techpriest mess on doing something again with the Power Source and caused a 2nd Chaos Undivided invasion this time led by the Black Legions. Since the first Space Marine had a Chaos Warband led by Nemeroth. This game is led by a Chaos Sorcerer who aims to bring forth a terrible Warp Rift that will consume the planet. Without hesitation our Ultramarine is sent out to destroy the forces of Chaos with all his might.

The game has 3 episodes total with the 4th one being a paid DLC that I'll deal with later. But I'm going to talk about the core game itself. Episode 1 starts off on a bad foot, the level design is awful as bad fog effects hides so many enemies from your view and the use of bad colors during high action is just pitiful game design. You will get hit a lot as you can't see what is hitting you or what is consider a hit because the hit detection is terrible. They're so many instants that I shouldn't get hit by ended up registering as a direct hit, take those bastard Chaos Warriors that charges at you with their chain axe that always land a direct hit on you and the animation never plays but only after you took the full hit. Yes, getting hit by those guys will allow them to come back stronger should you kill them but if your quick, you can blow up their body to prevent them from getting up as you long you got the heavy weapons in your inventory. Which you'll be stacked with good weapons to deal with many chaos foes in the game. Thankfully theirs no bastard hitscanners to worry about as every gun fight is quite okay to avoid many bolter rounds and daemon projectiles as well. But I should warn you that you'll die a lot in this game and the checkpoint placement is very bad here, thankfully you can quick save with f6 to auto save your progress, even during heavy battle arenas that you'll be doing a lot of. Honestly, these fights gets very repetitive as you move around and shot and blow up everything on sight. There's no real originality to its level design, you just walk to long boring hallways, fight chaos forces, grab keys, climb on to those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ yellow paint to do a bad platforming sequence and even find awful "Secrets" throughout the game. Those secrets are not worth doing, yes you get get powerups but most of the time they're placed in very obvious spots that you can find and pick up and its not even a good worth of secret. There's no secret level to find, no secret shortcut or secret weapons to find throughout most episodes. Episode 1 continues on to go very bad levels to throwing in boss fights against your first Greater Daemon fight with Lord of Change and this bastard is easy to deal with, just take cover a lot and open fire on him with if your only strong weapon to deal high damage. Each of your weapon has strength scaling and it amazes me that this game tries too hard to be an Action RPG at times with pointless enemy strength rank that are weak to certain weapons. You'll be using the bolter quite a lot as its rocket rounds does better damage than the shotgun and you'll use other weapons to deal with stronger daemons later on. I forgot to mention, you have a chainsword that can lock on and dash into any foe for a devastating damage to inflict but be careful the enemies will dish out greater damage to you too at close range. You also get a strength upgrade by a "secret" that will boast its damage further for the whole level. It's best to use it for the bolter as better damage and ammo round can help you clear a lot big arena fights at times. But as soon you enter the next level, you lose all your powerups and your strength level for your gun is reset to normal, forcing you to do switch between different weapons during the same repetitive fight over and over and over.

The repetition of its combat and level design is so frustrating and it doesn't get much better from there. Episode 2, I'll be honest, its actually the only good episode in the game because you get better art design and actually have good fight encounters, but the repetitive nature of its gameplay still remain unchanged throughout most of the game. The episode throws in the Great Unclean One and he's an absolute bastard. Lord of Change is easy to deal with, the Great Unclean One is basically the Cyberdemon but instead of rockets, he cleaves his sword into a powerful wave that can one hit you or drain all your armor to zero. You can avoid that attack by jumping or seeking cover but that won't work as well as the attack seems to phase through the wall and it will consider as a hit. Episode 2 level design is not bad by any means but you won't like the first half but the 2nd half is where I feel Boltgun gets better from there with proper level design layout and good fight encounters that even if the gameplay is boring, the levels in Episode 2 is an improvement from Episode 1. However, there's Episode 3. This episode is unforgiving, this is mostly the apex chapter for the whole game, as it doesn't waste time but throws all the foes and even respawning the Greater Deamon bosses a lot to deal with so often in the Episode. Its very frustrating at first but then you finally get the BFG for the game, the Grav-Cannon that can literately melt most foes and even bosses for that matter. the only drawback for the BFG is limited ammo, unless you find the secret that gives you all the ammo all your weapons. Hell, even the final boss gives you ♥♥♥♥ load of ammo that you'll be farming a lot in that awful fight. Yeah, the final level is a chore, after going through the same repetitive routine and this episode is more less offer nothing new to its gameplay and level design. The Final Boss against the Chaos Sorcerer is a drag. You fight this guy 3 times throughout all the episodes and each one throws more repetitive gimmick that carries over to the next episode. This fight goes on and on and never gets any better. Worse you'll be fighting a lot of Chaos forces and Daemons to lessen the overwhelming numbers against you. But then you'll be fighting against powerful enemies and Greater Daemons before you get to kill him. Defeating his Greater Daemon will make him vulnerable but as soon you kill him, he'll refresh all his health and its onto 2nd phase where he spawns in a 2nd Greater Daemon and do that again after wasting minutes on finding health, armor, ammo and killing all the enemies over and over. It doesn't stop there, then if you defeat him again the 2nd time, he'll go into his final phase and its a pushover but he'll spawn his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shield at random but if you have good enough BFG ammo, you can kill this ♥♥♥♥ once and for all.

So once you kill him, that how the game ends. But then you get ordered by the inquisitor that more Chaos forces are still out there and that where Episode 4 DLC is taking place. That basically the game. Boltgun is a boring, repetitive slog of an action game. Its not an old school shooter game that it was claim to be, the game is a carbon copy of DOOM 2016 with an art that looks bad and doesn't look Warhammer in any way besides its name.

The Pros of Black Mesa.

+ Outstanding Level Design
+ Tight Shooting Gameplay
+ Great Weapon Variety as it was in the original
+ Good AI
+ Great use of the Source Engine
+ Does what all remakes does right, getting rid of the bad and improving on the good
+ Much Improved Voice Acting
+ Puzzles are put to smart use
+ Great Customization in the options menu
+ Xen is a beautiful sight and a stronger level
+ Great Final Boss
+ Mod Support, use the Nostalgia Music Mod for true Half-Life 1 musical experience
+ Mature storyline
+ Smart use of Enemy variety
+ Ending
+ Maintains the themes of the Half-Life series

The Cons of Black Mesa.

- Bugs as expected from the Source Engine
- Certain jumping sequence in Interloper can softlock your progress, forcing a hard reset unless your smart enough to save the game
- Multiplayer doesn't bring much original bone to the game
- Doesn't innovate the Half-Life formula all that much
- Forgettable Soundtrack that is no where near as thematic and atmospheric as the original
- Can be brutally hard in the later levels, its not much of a flaw but be ready for a challenge
- Some Action Scripted Sequence feels pointless in narrative structure
- Framerate can dip from places, it'll depend on your end of the experience
- Will be hard for other Remakes (Besides Resident Evil 1 & 2 Remake) to top this

Final Score for: Black Mesa.

Story: 8/10
Design: 9/10
Gameplay: 8/10
Presentation: 8/10

Overall: 8/10

I can only recommend this game to young children but not to gamers who wants a good horror game. This game is not very good or memorable for that matter. Given the fact its a Unity game and you expect the worst of the worst from most Unity game would come into play. Suprisingly, I don't see a whole lot of overused assets from most Unity games has been put into play, but that up to you to decide. Either way this game is extremely short like 50 minutes long. For $5 it seems fitting but I was thinking this would be a dollar or $2 game...

Tattletail is a basic survival horror game with gameplay elements from Slender but with a furby wannabe that demands to be taken care of. That right you need to make sure Tattletail is fully charged, feed and brushed at all times. Otherwise, you'll die. Because in certain nights a monster will hunt you down and kill you, either you get too close or look at it for too long. Instead of collecting pages from Slender, you get different objectives for each 5 nights of Christmas in order to progress the bare-minimum story its telling. There's not much of a story to tell for this game, since the lore is kinda non existent and the outcome of the game finale is pretty laughable at best and overall predictable. In fact, I had a good laugh at how bad this game gets, but once the artificial difficulty comes in, I get disappointed. Good thing there's checkpoints utterwise this would've been a torture to play through. You also have to be aware of the sound you make if you sprint or shake that glowing flashlight. Which the monster can shut off your flashlight instantly if seen. Keep in mind, the Tattletail will make so much noise that you have to make sure he is calmed so you don't get killed a lot, which it will happen if you fail to take care of the Tattletail. This is why he must be feed, brushed, recharged at all times in order to keep him happy and hopefully staying alive throughout this rather mediocre game. Some aspect of the game are kinda immersion breaking like why does a toy need to eat? Unless it all just in the kid head or something... And why does the kid jump so good? Unless he was secretly trained by Mario himself (Jumping pretty useless in this game btw). Music is uninteresting but that didn't matter to me since I was already bored of this rather shallow repetitve horror game.

Overall, this game is only fun for children. It much more fun to watch them scream in terror than playing this meh of a game. It got good ideas but its not very well executed. Horror Fans, including me deserve better.

Shadow Warrior 2 has great Combat, amazing movements and solid weaponry. That all good but you'd think that Shadow Warrior 2 will be a huge step up from its predecessor? The focus on 4 player co-op, bigger better levels and more of the Wang would make the experience so much better? The game is strongly well optimized which is the greatest thing that Flying Wild Hog did so right and the visuals are a sight to behold.

Clearly, alot of the effort went to the game combat system. It's amazing then that so much has gone wrong... Not only did Shadow Warrior 2 not revamp most of the fundamental flaws from the 2013 reboot. It makes them much much worse. The inconstant Role Playing Elements is some the dumbest mechanics I've ever seen in a shooter. The laughable difficulty, lame ♥♥♥♥ jokes, and poor story makes the game not that memorable. Oh, the level design and questing is very abysmal, all of which I'm being unpleasantly reminded of both: Borderlands & Dragon Age II... It's downright lazy to make a game this shallow and repetitve so quickly right after you did all of Act 1 missions. The game never changes its rule, it all stays the same throughout the entire game.

Now, not all of it is so bad. The game combat is so much better than its 2013 counterpart. Thanks to much improve controls and shooting. Doing sword abilities no long requires you to press each key movement twice. Now it's done by pressing one key and the RMB to do the job. The movement is very good, I really enjoy my time constantly airdashing my way through most of the terribly generated levels in the whole game and it can also be useful in combat since you no longer have to worry about the annoying stamina from the 2013 reboot anymore. The weapons are pretty decent. I find the shotguns and grenade launchers the most effective weapons in the game, the assault rifles, pistols and RPG's are decent at best. The Melee weapons (including the Chainsaw) are your best friend and you'll be using them way more often in higher difficulties or so.

Oh speaking about higher difficulties... You'll be dealing with tons of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bullet sponge enemies with elemental resistance and ammo is scarces as hell. Even with the right equipment, you can pretty much breeze through most of game without stopping. Once you noticed that it is impossible to resist the urge to do this when your fighting and so damn boring on the hardest difficulty. Either way, your going to finish the game in just 2 hours or less if you bull rush through the game story on easy or normal. On Hard and Very Hard it will take you awhile to go through since it makes the enemies so unbelievably strong but still easy to kill if you decide to careover your previous character build from your 1st playthrough. If you decide to do everything it may take you about 14 hours to get everything done, if you're achievement hunting that is! There's little reasons to replay the game, since most of the missions are pretty the same ♥♥♥♥. Go from point A in a large randomly generated map to point B, kill that one target/pick up/talk to generic NPC, teleport back to the hub and tell the quest giver its done and accept the reward. That's all you do in the game. There's are 5 main bosses total (mini bosses are terrible btw) in Shadow Warrior 2 and they're not too bad but not the same great boss fight level like from Bloodborne & Hyper Light Drifter.

Looting isn't very interesting. In fact, the looting makes the game shocking more restrictive than actually having fun to play around with. Why do you need a gem to do Duel welding? Why is there explosive round gems? Why is there denonate gems or someother useless stuff? Why, what, why? Just ingore those gems and get those both: weapons and elemental gems. so you can buff up the damage and get at least good bonus upgrades. Ignore the gems with negative side effects. You don't want them. You can use those things in the melee weapons since it has no effect on it and you pretty much make your melee weapons insanely overpowered! I'm honestly suprised that you also have co-op, armor and power gems to make yourself at least stronger, but I didn't care much about it since they rarely add much to gameplay. (I could be wrong on that.) You also have Karma that returns again in Shadow Warrior 2 and you also pick up perk cards that you find thoughout the game. It'll give you a new perk to make Lo Wang even better in combat. So you got to choose carefully on you want your build to be setup. There's no redo options I think but that wouldn't matter since this game isn't that fun or funny to play!

As much I love the visuals in 2013 Shadow Warrior. Shadow Warrior 2 does provide a good looking experience but since the game is disappointingly designed to have pointless randomly generated levels. You'll mostly encounter more the same areas over and over and over again. Worse they often change color just to think the level is different when its clearly not. There are some original levels early on but that quickly goes away, I can guarantee you that! While the character model look solid at best, the NPC aren't that good looking and the cutscenes are pretty basic and dull. The evironments aren't really any speical compared to the 2013 reboot, I did like how the cyberpunk city look. (Don't know if it was a lame reference to the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 or Blade Runner?) Most of the game visuals are sadly wasted in Shadow Warrior 2, you do get to see some good effects like trees reacting to high winds storm and the rain effects are good, but that's about it. Performance wise is great and I'm very happy the game works so very well at launch. Even so, there some framerate hitches when you apporach to a checkpoint or when battles get way too chaotic but that just a minor flaw. Sound design is mostly carried over from the 2013 reboot with some new ones for the new weapons and stuff. All solid, nothing else to say...

Oh right, co-op... I didn't bother touching on it. I'm hearing people on steam claiming that its broken right now. So yeah, I got one last thing to say about this game, is the bland story. The 2013 reboot had a strong narrative that works very well, even if the humor was not the greatest it could've been but that ending had me in tears... The sequel story is pretty much a complete throwaway in an attempt to get you to rip and tear through hordes of demons and robots alike. And once you're through this very short story (10 or 11 main missions total) you're treated to a lame sequel bait ending that just as bad like in DOOM 2016 that also has a horrible ending. Seriously, Flying Wild Hog? This is the best you can come up with? In the end, this game is a huge letdown. This game had the potential to be a pure run & shooter done right like the original DOOM and Serious Sam. However, the developers chosen wrong. Instead of keeping the old school FPS formula intact, they've just decided to throw it out of the window and replace it with a poor mans version of Borderlands & Dragon Age II all in one package. While the combat can good fun at times and movement is godtier. The sad reminder is that this feels like a generic RPG Shooter then it does being a proper Old School Run & Gun First Person Shooter!

Overall: I'm not going recommend Shadow Warrior 2! Stick to the classic Shadow Warrior, the 2013 reboot & Original DOOM!

After waiting for this game for 2 years. It finally arrived, but at the cost of the game promised kickstarter strech goals features, that is still on the way. Thankfully the base game itself is very much a complete experience. Don't expect a long game, it will take you about 5 or 6 hours to complete. Which to me is fine and the replay value is pretty high.

Hyper Light Drifter is a top down action/adventure game that is set in a mysterious Cyberpunk/Fantasy world of the unknown. You play as a Drifter who suffers from a nasty disease and must traverse into this strange unknown land to find a cure, while dealing with all sorts of pearls. The story has no dialogue, its instead told by the visuals and photos of what has transpired here. It offers good clues and histroy about this world before everything became a nightmare. I only wish the game did expand upon it, if it did have more levels. Hopefully it'll come in later weeks or months.

Gameplay is probably one of the most fun experience I had in 2016. It mixes combat bits from Bloodborne, Legend of Zelda and Diablo into a single game. The result is a brutal, challenging combat I have ever played. Be warned that it's one tough game, but I honestly think it's one of the most fair games ever made. There's not one moment that pissed me the hell off. A lot of deaths will come by your actions, so you have to be very careful on how you deal with tough situations in either 4 levels that you can start with at anytime. Boss Fights are fun and fair, the enemies are designed well enough (thou I wished they added more, but we'll see.), the controls and combat mechanics are solid. I do recommend playing with the controller either the PS4 or 360 is up to you. The Keyboard & Mouse controls are underwhelming, it's very customizable but the experience is better played with the controller. Level design is solid with good amount of secrets to find and loads of hidden story bits to discover. You'll be sucking the life outta this game for some time, if you want to see it all.

Visually, it's one fine looking game. I do think most indie games that tried so hard to capture the old school visuals of the past, but Hyper Light Drifter to me looks more interesting than Undertale. The detail is solid and the animations are slick and beautiful to look at. The Soundtrack is also good and it fits well to the game's grim nature.

Overall: While Hyper Light Drifter doesn't provide the ultimate complete experience that we were promised but I do hope Hearts Machine will continue supporting this game for quite awhile. There's a lot of love been put into this title. It isn't perfect as the game short lengh and only 4 levels begs for more. But I strongly recommend this game. It's challenging, fun and highly replayable. It might be the best indie game since Shovel Knight.

I already have this masterful fighting game on the PS4, but seeing this on steam is something. Good Job Arc System Works Red Team for making this run very well and bring the same excellent game to the PC. Now if GGXrd Revelator will be just as good as this.

This game has already been covered to death, but if you never played a Guilty Gear game before. What's wrong with you!

In the days of long playing Terraria. We come to 1.3, the latest version to this 2011 game that set the good standard for 2D Action/Adventure RPG game. Despite its pretty terrible learning curve, the game truly opens up to be one of the best Indie games in gaming history. Learning everything of what the items do and what things to see is one of many fun possibilities to do in Terraria. I had a great time playing this game in a long time. So now with the latest update, it seems to add just the right material to keep us coming back for more. You get new events, new weapons/armor, items, bosses, multiplayer tweaks, and Expert Mode.

I give you a brief gimps of what the game does so right.

PROS:
+ Outstanding UI
+ Great sense of adventure
+ Fun Combat
+ Challenging Bosses
+ Excellent Keyboard & Mouse Controls
+ Multiplayer
+ Very High Replay Value
+ Huge Content
+ Expert Mode
+ Endgame Content
+ Endless ways to craft

CONS:
- Limited World Size Map
- Bad Learning Curve
- Not for the casuals
- High Difficulty

Problem aside, this is still one of the best indie game, period. Sorry to keep it this short, because everyone here on Steam pretty much covered up everything about this game and its latest update.

What are you waiting for? Go play this game.

Hatred is dull. Why is that you say? Because, every aspect of this twin-stick shooter is dull, repetitive, frustratingly difficult at the later levels. Oh and the game is 4 hours... Giving how little this game offers, there's absoultely no reason to replay it once the credits starts rolling. Hatred tries to go for dark/edgy story and it ends up being pointless and very comical. In fact, the game tries to make the main character feel very important, but given how stereotypical his character is. He ends up being so unlikable throughout this boring genocidal rampage. His lines are so cringeworthy that I almost feel sick from hearing it.

The levels are extremly repetitive, as you go out shoot and kill many civiains in order to advance to the next area and do it again. You do sometimes have different objectives that isn't invold in killing, but getting to one place and then you go kill more people... That's pretty much what Hatred is. The game suprisingly have fantastic controls and thats the only good part about this game. The destruction is also nice, but not as impressive like in Battlefield: Bad Company 2! The shooting itself is ok and the enemy AI is decent at best. Not much to say a whole lot thou.

Oh right, Hatred also has the worst checkpoint system ever and it adds nothing but problems to the game. Those checkpoints gives you continues as you do repetitive side task by doing exact same thing that you do throughout the whole game. (KILLING PEOPLE!!!) Once you earned it, you better make sure you don't die that often, because this game gets ridiciously hard very late in the game. If you die you will respawn back to the first checkpoint. Sadly, the game does a very poor job on this, as you will mostly respawn back to the first place you earned it at or sometimes the respawns can get you killed or worse, getting stuck! Make one fatal mistake and it will cost you a continue, lose all those continues and its game over and you'll have to start all over at the beginning of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ level.

Overall, its a poor game and a waste of value! There's no multiplayer for that matter and a lack of bonus extras. I don't know why this got so much attention, its a painfully average game with almost nothing new brought to the table. Do yourself a favor: go spend your money on The Witcher III, than playing this game!

Early Access Review
The things I dislike about Early Access title, is that indie developers never fulfilled their promises. I know there's a lot of them that are still not complete to this day. So hopefully this interesting horror game can final nail it. Spooky's House of Jump Scares is very similar to one series that is part of the Creepypasta Universe: SCP Foundation. Also know as Secure Contain Protect. This game has the similar premises of the SCP Foundation, and its a decent one at best. These specimen you encounter adds nice tension throughout each same rooms that you enter over and over again, even the game mentions about it, if you read the notes that is to get you more invested to the game lore. The game sadly doesn't learn a thing or two from Bloodborne and Alien Isolation, which those game refines the horror genre completely. Yes I am aware this came out at January before Bloodborne got released. I would have expected the game break free from the cliches that horror games have been stuck with in the past. I'm looking at you both Slender and Amnesia!

The gameplay is all about running away from the Specimen and go to one room to the next. You have a health bar and stamina system that it seems its trying to play like Dark Souls a bit in First-Person, the game has no boss battles at all, so the challenges is to run away and dig yourself into the game lore. You take damage if your too close to the Specimens, however you can get instant killed by one of them if your not very careful in one room. You do get an axe very late in the game but combat feels sloppy at times, maybe it'll be better integrated at full release? Sadly the game is not complete right now. There's still a few rooms to go in order to see more Specimen and finally know the truth behind this curses house and the company behind it.

The optimization is bad, there's no way to change the resolution, or the game doesn't have settings to make the game perform better. You can change the framerate but that about it. Hopefully, the creator will make the game run a lot better than the state its currently in right now! Visually its not a bad looking game, the Specimen looks nice, they have quite disturbing powers to mess with you, and the sound effects are average at best. Not much to say about the score, its ok for now. Maybe the final build will have a good credit theme when you reach the one room to get the answers we all want. Who knows when this will be finished. So I'm recommending this. Because its free, and well despite its disappointing shortcomings the game has potential to be something worth playing from beginning to end.

Why not let your friends play it, or better let some young child play it and he or she will know what its like getting their guts spooked! Hee hee hee...
