I dropped out before finishing because the game is just garbage. It is obvious the entire thing was just made to profit off its controversy. The story is completely nonexistent. We get literally zero backstory or reason as to why we are doing what we are doing, which is just committing mass murder. Instead, we get some corny guy saying "my life has been nothing but pain and I want to die violently", along with other terrible voice acting and dialogue like "welcome to your nightmare, mfs" which sounds like something a 14 year old would write.

For a game that tries so hard to be violent, it is genuinely the tamest violence I have seen. It is not like you are ripping someone's ribcage open or cutting heads off. All the executions are mostly boring and get old very fast. You just smack someone in the head with a gun or do a lame shoot them in the head move with no real substance or style to it.

The gameplay itself is miserable. The camera is absolutely horrible and you have to fight it every time because it constantly runs away from the character. You get a ton of blind spots where you have to actually aim just to figure out where the hell you are even being shot from. The AI is straight up braindead too. Enemies will either run straight towards you to their inevitable death or just chill 5 meters away watching you slaughter 50 people right in front of them with zero reaction. On top of that, the game gives you literally zero ammo. You can only pick it up from cops. Remember the AK you got in the first level? Yeah, you can throw it out now cause the game does not give you any ammo for it, cause screw you. To add on to this the gameplay loop is just "slaughter x in people in x location" pretty much the entire time.

Visually, it has one of the worst TAA implementations I have ever seen in a video game. It is a smeared mess. The black and white aesthetic is alright I guess, but you will constantly be using the ALT key to highlight all the enemies because they literally blend into the environment. Holding that key creates a bunch of other conflicts though. A simple option to constantly highlight the enemies would have fixed this issue, or they could have just made the aesthetic better so you can actually see things. You can make a game grey but not look like trash, Madness Project Nexus being a prime example. Why was this game even made?
