Had to repeat the final boss in Sonic's story almost 20 times because the very last hit doesn't register, causing Sonic to go past the ledge and fall to his death.

If you stay at the far back and wait for him to aim and fall on you, thats your chance to run to the other end. He also breaks 3 plaforms when he crashes.
