189 countries have committed to fulfilling the UN Millennium Declaration by 2015. Point 19 says to achieve universal primary education and reduce child mortality. This requires $22 billion annually, but military spending in recent years has far exceeded this amount. I am simply disgusted. People care more about wars than about the future of their children.
