I do not regret being dad in space.

Pragmata feels like a PS2/PS3-era game done right. I had a lot of fun experiencing the dynamic between Hugh and Diana, which gradually develops into a father-daughter relationship. I especially loved Diana as a character. She isn't the typical annoying child you often see in games, although, technically, she isn't really a child anyway.

The game's twist on the hacking-and-shooting gameplay is also a breath of fresh air and helps create a unique experience. As for the game's length, I think it's perfectly fine and about what I expected from a Capcom title. For me, a shorter game isn't a bad thing at all.. in fact, it works in Pragmata's favor.

That said, I do have one major criticism regarding the game design. I wish there were fewer locked doors and fewer "find the key/node to proceed" sections. The game relies on this mechanic far too often. The only reason it remains tolerable is because the game isn't very long, so you're constantly moving from one action sequence to another without too much downtime.

The collectibles are nice, and the simulation/unknown signal sections were surprisingly fun. Overall, Pragmata was definitely a unique experience.
