Ingredients:
-150ml of oil
-150ml of water
-150ml of milk
-500g of sour cassava starch (tapioca starch)
-13g of salt (1 tbsp)
-3 eggs
-200g of grated semi-hard cheese
-25g of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
-In a saucepan, combine the oil, water, and milk and bring to a boil.
-Place the cassava starch and salt in a large bowl.
-Once the liquid is boiling, pour it over the cassava starch and mix well with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture cool slightly. (see tips)
-Add the eggs and mix with your hands to combine the ingredients well.
-Add both cheeses and mix well with your hands.
-Wash your hands and begin shaping the bread rolls. If the dough is sticky, grease your hands with oil. Each cheese bread roll weighed approximately 34g.
-Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 35 minutes.
