Z bílků vyšleháme tuhý sníh, přidáme moučkový cukr a dál šleháme nad parou do zhoustnutí. Nádobu z horké vodní lázně odstavíme a šleháme, dokud bílková směs nevychladne. Zdobícím sáčkem vymačkáme na vymazaný, hrubou moukou vysypaný plech malé pusinky, které sušíme v mírně vyhřáté troubě asi 45 minut.
