My parasocial friend Chris O'Neill told me about this game, it makes me so happy I click my heels together while I spill birthday cake ice cream all over myself and squee in delight. Seriously though, this game is a well thought out and designed platformer with a lot of wacky power-ups and a LIGHT-hearted story. The only downside is it seems to be going by too fast as I'm just about 2 hours in and have half the map cleared but maybe that's just me

EDIT: there's more to this game than I thought, after the first wave of bosses the story progresses and new stages open up
