Early Access Review
I think the game has a lot of potential, and is overall quite fun.

However, it's just not a game that I can wholeheartedly recommend, as the game still feels like it's in beta, and still requires quite a lot of features/gameplay element to make it feel complete.

My recommendation would be to wait for the game to come out of its early access, and wait for its full release before jumping in.

Updated review: The InZOI team has been very consistent with their update, and has improved the game quite a lot since it's early access launch on steam.

The game is still far from being completed, but I would say it's worth trying/getting if you are curious. Otherwise, I'd say wait on a full release before picking it up

Do I recommend this game? Certainly, especially if it's on sale. Do I think the game is good? Yeah.

Is it as good as everyone says it is? No, probably not.

The game is fun, and you'll have a blast playing through it the first time. But the game doesn't really have anything new to push you further once you're around 2~3 hours into the game. Traversal although great, doesn't really change from the beginning to the end (except for learning air dash and ground smash).

The game is also stupidly grindy, with 20+ weapon of choice, you would think they'll make weapon leveling faster. But nope, it takes very long, forcing you to keep re-using the same weapon just to push it to the max level. (a bad game design since ratchet & clank 3).

Story is also very flat. Yes, the writing is quite witty, and the protagonist is a smart ass. But it's just a normal servicable story. You should really buy this game just for its gameplay.

Overall, I think Sunset Overdrive is a good game, you'll get hours of enjoyment out of it, but nothing more. And sometimes, maybe that's all you really want as well.

P/S: be aware that the steam version has quite a glitchy auto save bug (where i lost about 15 hours of progress), so if the game tells you there's a corrupted save, just ignore it, if you try to delete that corrupted save, it'll delete your main save file instead. Basically the corrupted save will act as your sacrificial save file

A great realistic shooting sim, with great potential due to the "feel" and "weight" from the guns in the game.

Environment is super immersive, and gameplay is slow and methodical.

The downside is the game is unfairly hard, where the AI is able to take you down from miles away, and has pinpoint accuracy and reaction time, even if they "untrained" suspect. So i do hope the developers can tone down the AI a bit

is there anything that hasn't already been said about Don't Starve Together? it's an amazing game by itself, but made even better with a group of friends together

the game is hard, and you will die a lot at the start, but learning how to conquer the wilds in the game is really part of its charm, and I feel the game gets less interesting the more you "conquered" it.

so just take your time, play and learn it with your friends, you will get your money worth!

Ace combat 7 is a return to form for Project Aces after a long hiatus.. The game overall feels between a mix of AC5 and AC infinity.

Storywise, AC7 is fine, nothing too amazing, but workable as a driving for to keep the game going. A lot of twist and turn are quite obvious, and it just lacks the emotional impact as the previous game does (at least for me). The first half of the game is actually really refreshing, since there's a lot more radio chatting banter compared to the previous game, but the end feels a lot more flat.

Gameplay wise, this is the most polished AC game to date, with the ability to pull of high G turns, and post stall maneuver, as well as being able to have multiple special weapon choices. Weather is a great addition to the game as well, serving as an extra layer of gameplay that is really refreshing.
HOWEVER, the game is really lacking in the dogfighting area, throughout the game, hardly any big dog fight (like AC4's shattered skies mission) is present, all you get are small skirmish and a lot of air-to-ground mission. Honestly, it felt like wasted potential.. Here's hoping that AC8 will add more dogfighting mission variety.

Music, well.. as a long time AC fan, I'm really happy to say that the music is still as top notch as ever, boss battles are always amplified with amazing music that keeps your heart pumping and blood boiling! Definitely really good stuff here.

Closing thoughts.. As being a return from a long time missing franchise, as well as coming out for the PC. I would definitely recommend the game. Sure, there's area to improve here and there, but overall, this is the most modern and updated feel of an AC game has ever been. So if you're fan of fighter planes and cool battles, I would say... Give it a shot!

Review of Euro Truck Simulator 2,

Honestly, when I first saw the tittle of this game, I just thought of "well, here's another dumb simulator game in the steam store." but no. This game actually has a lot of heart and love put into it.

First off, the graphics of the game is beautiful, it's not forza horizon 4, but it captures the feeling of traveling through the long stretches of highway and the country roads. The great graphics along with good sound design and effects make this game quite immersive.

The gameplay aspect of this game is as short or long as you like it to be, you can have short 10 min drive journey or a 2 hour long drive from 1 end of the continent of Europe to the next. It's a game that most probably won't grind, but a game that players will return whenever they just want a long ride through a long stetch of highway without jam or worries. It is a very very relaxing game, and I'm really thankful for that.

The game is very worth trying, espicially now with steam and it's 2 hour return policy. Regardless, I think anyone who wants a game to just relax after a long day and enjoy the pretty scenery of the european country side, this is the game for you!

Edit 2022:
Reviewing it a bit here for the labor of love vote for 2022.
Honestly this game deserves this award, it's been so long, and the game is still constantly getting new map updates, and reworking on old maps is just icing on the cake for long time fans of this game.

Honestly, if you're just looking for a game that's mainly about being a virtual tourist and having long relaxing drives, this is the game for you!

Bastion is quite an underrated by a very small company. This game has unique visual, from a interesting isometric camera.
Music in this game is really good, as well as the narrative. This game has a new game plus as well, which will allows for more different kind of playstyle as well as more game hours to be put on the game.

I personally has gotten 100% on this game's achievement, and I think the game offers a lot fun and well worth spending time and trying. If you haven't play the game before, give it a try! I think it's worth more than the asking price.

Although i can see there's a lot of hate in the game. i would still recommend this game.

The game is about you "Katie" coming home from a trip, and arriving at the new house your family just moved to recently. the strength of this game doesn't come from it's gameplay or superb soundtrack. The strengh of the game is from the subtlety of how it present the story to you, the player.

Yes, the game is really really short, around 2 hours long. (recommend you to grab it during sales) However, with just 2 hours of gameplay you feel like you want to get to know these characters. It's a story that's relatable and easy to understand.

p.s:- I can't really give a synopsis of any kind, as that will spoil the story.

Pros:
- The story is really good, it makes you wonder sometimes to what happened to the character after the story ends.

- Interesting way to tell the story of the game, via notes, letters, etc.

- The game was set in the 90s, it gives a sort of nostalgic feel to how people communicated last time when social media didn't exist.

Cons:
- The house itself is a bit eerie, but i guess that's to give the mysterious feeling.

- The walking speed is quite slow in the game, which makes it annoying when you're trying to get to 1 point to another.

- The lighting in the game has some error, for example, i went inside a cloesetroom, close the door and switch off the light. i was still able to see the items inside. While in reality, it should be near pitch black.

TLDR:- The game is worth grabbing, however!!! it is not for everyone, get it if you enjoy a good story that will be revealed to you slowly. It is slow and short journey, but it's a nice one nonetheless.
