Should have expected nothing less from the Devs of Battle Brothers. Easily one of my new favorites up there with Battle Brothers, X-COM , and Stellaris.

The supply and exhaustion mechanic are a good change of pace. It helps get rid of the problem I had with X-COM which was just having one super squad that everything relied on. I can see this game being just like Battle Brothers for me, 600+ hours and I'm still terrible but having a blast playing it. The only thing I'd like to see is more Squad Leaders added down the line to replace any that get killed, eventually turning into a game over.

This game was terrible when it first launched, changing the name of the game over and over and over again is wild

Ignoring everybody crying over "wokeness". Went in with an open mind as a long time fan starting with DA:O. The dialogue felt awkward at times and the combat felt more like I was playing a semi enhanced Dynasty Warriors hack and slash. Some people will enjoy this game, but if you're wanting the game because it's Dragon Age and feel nostalgic for DA:O this ain't the one.

Since the last update the game stutters constantly making it virtually unplayable.

I'd love to recommend this game, especially as on Xbox on initial release I got every achievement and numerous playthroughs. But given there's entire guides to just get the DLC to appear in the game and most are outdated and don't work I'd say don't even bother.

Wish I could recommended, it's become a cash grab. Almost a full year of numerous players reporting bugs of getting kicked for an anti cheat bug. Best solution told was to uninstall/reinstall and verify. Still hasn't fixed it.

It going on sale is simply a cash grab. In B4 anybody says it's because players are actually cheating, I exclusively play coop, and wow look at that no VAC ban or anything on steam. Just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ popup on a game that's become abandoned.

I really wish I could recommend this, but somehow the graphics are better but worse? The maps are super small where you can pretty much edge to edge every side within 120 seconds. I really want to like this game but honestly I'd rather go play 8 Empires or Warriors Orochi.

Edit- dudes in the reviews trying to call out people who played 30 minutes and left a negative review and refunded? You can cross the entire map in 34 seconds, CAW is barebones, random cutaway scene whenever the gate gets destroyed on a minuscule map. Reselling outfits from previous games as DLC cosmetics when all that was done was just updated graphical appurtenances? This game feels more like an Early Access game than one worth $60. People refunded the game in 30 minutes because thats enough time to finish up multiple battle scenarios due to the map size. I'd say wait a few years and pick this game up discounted, but KT still sells games nearly 8 years old at near full price.

They spent millions of dollars making this and its still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worse than The Room.

New Patch broke the game forcing CTD on launch. Followed several guides and still getting crashes.
