As someone who grew up playing Telltale games and was genuinely heartbroken when they disappeared, Dispatch pulled me right back into the nights I used to escape reality by losing myself in stories. Back then I was just a bullied kid who needed somewhere to hide for a while. This game brought that feeling back, but in a way that hit even deeper.

I normally cannot stand games like 112 or 911 Operator. They always felt so cold and mechanical to me. But Dispatch.. this one is different. It is personal. It is emotional. It crawls under your skin in the best way. It is not just the calls, it is how the game somehow made me care about the team and their success without ever feeling boring or repetitive. This is the peak of the genre for me. Game of the year, easily.

And Visi.. I do not know how to describe it properly, but she made me feel less alone in a way I never expected from a game. Blazer too. They both healed parts of me I did not even realize I was still carrying. Visi especially mirrored things about myself I have been avoiding for years, and seeing that reflected in a character hit harder than I was prepared for.

I missed the introductory sale by an hour and had to pay more, and I still do not regret it one bit. Dispatch is SO worth it. I really hope we get more seasons, either at this level or even better. I am not ready to let this world go yet, and I genuinely cannot wait to see what comes next.
